How do I book A Session with April?

Is the coaching only for those on the NDIS?

No, our coaching services are suitable to anybody seeking a combination of psychosocial recovery coaching and alternative therapies to assist them in managing psychosocial conditions, or to improve their wellbeing and interpersonal relationships. For individuals who are not supported by the NDIS this service must be paid for out of pocket.

How do online sessions work?

Online sessions are conducted via video conferencing software, such as Zoom or Skype. You will need a reliable internet connection and a private space where you can talk freely. The sessions are similar to face-to-face sessions, but you will be communicating with your coach or therapist through a screen.

Are online sessions as effective as face-to-face sessions?

Research suggests that online therapeutic support can be just as effective as face-to-face for many mental health issues. However, some people may prefer the added convenience and flexibility of online sessions, while others may prefer the more personal connection of face-to-face sessions.

How long to the sessions go for?

Sessions typically go for 1 hour, however participants can request longer sessions if they choose.

Is April experienced with ASD?

Yes, April is not only trained to provide support for individuals who live with Autism Spectrum Disorder, she also has lived experience of providing support for individuals with high needs ASD.
